Run Into Yoga
soundRUNNER Run Into Yoga offers a warm-up walk or run
followed by a Yoga class.
When:
Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. Warm-up walk or run,
7:15 p.m. Yoga class led by Lynda Knox at Branford soundRUNNER
and
Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. Warm-up walk or run,
7:15 p.m. Yoga class led by Joanne Devito at Madison soundRUNNER
Fee:
There is a $12 fee for the class or $50 for 5 classes.
